Production Area
The production area is the Murgia Hills in the Apulia region of southern Italy. A chalky-clay terrain of 350- 500 metres a.s.l., which produces fine, versatile wines.
Grape Variety
Obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot bianco vines.
Vinification
Careful selection of the bunches, manual harvesting, rasping of the grapes, vinification with short maceration and cold fermentation.
