The production area is the Murgia Hills in the Apulia region of southern Italy. A chalky-clay terrain of 350- 500 metres a.s.l., which produces fine, versatile wines.
Obtained from the blend of Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera grapes, grapes rich in sugars and anthocyanins that the wise vinification transforms into a wine of good pleasure.
Manual harvest, prolonged vinification with temperature control for a better preservation of the characteristic scent of this wine.
